Long-term stress can affect sleep, appetite, and energy levels. A mother may start eating less, sleeping poorly, or feeling drained all the time. And over weeks or months, this can indirectly affect the baby’s development.So it’s not about being calm all the time. That’s unrealistic. It’s about noticing when stress starts taking over daily life and doing something about it.

Stress during pregnancy doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it’s quiet. Feeling anxious most days. Feeling low for no clear reason. Feeling like you can’t cope, even with simple things.
