Jennifer Lopez, the ‘IT Girl’ of Hollywood, dedicated a heartfelt note with deep gratitude on Mother’s Day. The 56-year-old shared the intricate, adorable details about her mother, Guadalupe Rodríguez, adding that her mother is the person whom the actress-singer calls late at night when she feels lost in the darkest places.

Sharing a collection of memories through pictures, Lopez highlighted the sweet personality of her mother. “Your favorite color is purple. You love eating pastries and anything sweet. You laugh and it lights up the whole room with that loud and boisterous tone,” the ‘Kiss of the Spider Woman’ actress penned in the caption, before adding, “When you dance, everybody has to stop and stare.” Naming her the ‘lightning bolt,’ the 56-year-old claimed, “You’re the person I call in the middle of the night when I’m too lost and scared to admit it to anyone else, and I can’t find my way out.”Appreciating Rodríguez, Lopez mentioned that her mother raised three independent daughters to become willful, strong, and smart. “But we love you, Mommy. I love you, Mommy. I cherish you today and every day. Happy Mother’s Day,” she concluded the soulful text.
