VinFast VF MPV 7: Features, colour options explained in detail

VinFast India has just launched the new VinFast VF MPV 7 electric MPV in the Indian market. The launch is part of VinFast’s global expansion plans and reflects its focus on India’s growing electric vehicle market, particularly in the MPV segment. The bookings for the EV MPV have already begun. Interested customers can book the EV MPV online or by visiting their nearest dealership, and the deliveries are expected to begin soon. The VinFast VF MPV 7 will compete with other three-row models such as the Kia Carens Clavis EV, BYD eMax7 and Mahindra XEV 9S.The Vinfast VF MPV 7 is available in single top spec trim priced at Rs 24.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The new VF MPV 7 comes with benefits including three years of free maintenance, free charging until March 31, 2029, a seven-year vehicle warranty, a 10-year battery warranty, up to 75% assured buyback, seven years of free roadside assistance and additional ICE-to-EV transition support. The VinFast VF MPV 7 features LED headlights, DRLs and turn indicators, 19-inch all-black alloy wheels, black body cladding, a shark-fin antenna, and a rear wiper, washer and defogger. Moving inside, the interior is offered in all-black or dual-tone black and brown themes, and includes leatherette upholstery, adjustable headrests, a bezel-less IRVM and a front centre armrest with storage.

Comfort and convenience features include a height-adjustable and 6-way adjustable driver seat, auto AC with rear vents, Type A and C charging ports, split-folding seats, 12V charging ports, auto-folding ORVMs, keyless entry, brake pedal starter, all windows up/down with anti-pinch, PM 2.5 air filter, third-row AC controls, cupholders, multiple drive modes, creep mode and cruise control. The infotainment setup includes a 10.1-inch combined infotainment and instrument display, a 4-speaker sound system, connected car technology and wired Apple CarPlay/Android Auto.Safety features include four airbags, ABS with EBD, a rear parking camera and sensors, electronic stability control, hill start assist, traction control, tyre pressure monitoring system, electronic parking brake, ISOFIX mounts and all-wheel disc brakes.

Colour options include – Jet black, Infinity blanc, Zenith grey, Solar ruby, Moonlit ocean and Introspective brown. Talking about the battery next, the VinFast VF MPV 7 is powered by a 60.13 kWh battery pack paired with a single electric motor that puts out 201 PS of power and 400 Nm of torque. It has a claimed range of 517 km on a full charge and can sprint from 0-100 kph in 10 seconds. The EV gets 11 kW AC charging and 80 kW DC fast charging. Using the DC fast charger, the VF MPV 7’s battery can be charged from 10 to 70 per cent in around 30 minutes.
