SSC GD Constable admit card 2026 released at ssc.gov.in for May 18: Check direct link to download hall tickets

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has made available the admit card for the SSC GD constable recruitment 2026 on its official website at ssc.gov.in. As per the information released by the authorities, the SSC GD constable computer-based test will be held on May 18, 2026, in different phases. The admit card for the same is available at the official site of the organisation, and can be downloaded by the applicants a few days before the respective dates of their examination.As per the schedule released by the authorities, a huge number of vacancies will be filled by conducting the examination of various security forces. These include BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, Assam rifles, SSF and NIA. Candidates appearing in the examination have to verify all the details mentioned on the admit cardThe commission has advised candidates to carefully verify all details mentioned on the admit card, including their name, registration number, exam date, reporting time, examination centre, and shift timing. Any discrepancy in the document should be immediately reported to the concerned authorities before the examination.The exam city intimation slip was released earlier to help candidates plan travel and accommodation in advance. However, SSC clarified that the city slip is not a substitute for the admit card and candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without the official hall ticket.This year’s SSC GD recruitment drive has attracted massive participation, with reports indicating that more than 48 lakh candidates have applied for over 25,000 vacancies. The examination is being conducted in multiple shifts daily through the computer-based mode.

Candidates can follow these steps to download their admit card:

  • Go to the official SSC website at ssc.gov.in
  • Click on the “Login” option available on the homepage
  • Enter registration number and password along with the captcha code
  • Open the SSC GD Constable examination section
  • Click on the admit card or city intimation link
  • The admit card will appear on the screen
  • Download and print the hall ticket for future use
