Rohtak: Garvika Singh, a class X CBSE student, achieved an exceptional academic milestone by scoring 99.8% in her board examinations, surpassing her own expectations and emerging as one of the top performers. The 15-year-old student secured a perfect 100/100 in Mathematics, English, Information Technology, Hindi, and Social Science, while scoring 99 marks in Science. The results, declared recently by the CBSE Board, came as a pleasant surprise to her.Speaking to The Times of India, Garvika shared that she had aimed for around 99%, but exceeding her target made the achievement even more special. “I was hoping to score 99%, but achieving more than that has made the result truly memorable. Her father, Yudhvir Singh, is a professor in the University Institute of Technology (UIT) at Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak, while her mother, Prabha Rani, is a Physics teacher in the state education department.Highlighting her disciplined approach, Garvika noted that she has consciously stayed away from social media and does not maintain any accounts on such platforms.
