NEET UG 2026 scribe window opens for PwBD candidates: Check direct link to complete registrations here

The National Testing Agency has activated the scribe details submission window for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates appearing in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026. The portal, which went live on April 16, will remain accessible until April 21, 11:50 PM. Candidates opting to bring their own scribes must complete the process within this narrow window. The agency has made it clear: no late submissions will be entertained, raising the stakes for timely compliance. The last date to submit the applications is April 21, 2026. No edits or submissions will be allowed after the deadline.Students have to use their registered login credentials to access the NEET portal to find the ‘Register Scribe Details’ link. Only candidates who have requested a scribe in the initial application will see this option on their dashboard. The details will get updated permanently on the application and confirmation forms.

  • Visit the NEET website: neet.nta.nic.in
  • Login through your application number and password.
  • Click on ‘Register Scribe Details’.
  • Select the appropriate option indicating that you are opting for your own scribe.
  • Fill in all required details of the scribe as asked in the form.
  • Review all entries and click submit.
  • After submission, check the ‘View Application Form’ section.
  • Your scribe details should be visible there and on the confirmation page.
