Rich People and Our Curiosity

Sundar Pichai, who was born in Madurai and studied in Chennai, has a very huge pay package from Google. Reports say he could earn about $692 million over three years, though much of it depends on how well the company performs and is given in company shares.

Many people feel amazed when they hear numbers like this. Some think he deserves it because he helped Google grow a lot and focus more on artificial intelligence. According to Gemini, this pay could be about 180,000 times more than the average yearly salary in India.

When people hear such news, they have mixed feelings. Some admire rich people for their success, while others feel upset about how much money a few people have. Many people are simply curious about how the richest 1% live.

In the past, very rich people seemed far away from ordinary life. Today, because of social media, they feel closer to us. Billionaires often share their thoughts online, and people can comment or criticize them directly.

For example, Elon Musk, the head of Tesla, is very active on social media. People talk about his ideas, actions, and wealth all the time. Tesla shareholders have even approved a huge pay deal for him that could be worth around $1 trillion if certain goals are met.

Stories like these make many people think about success, money, and what life could be like at the very top.
