SSLC result 2026: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has announced the SSLC Class 10 result 2026 today, May 11, at 12:30 pm. Along with the results, the board has also released the list of toppers for the PSEB Class 10 examinations.This year, Harleen Sharma secured the first position in the state by scoring 646 marks out of 650, registering an impressive 99.38%.Students who appeared for the examination can check and download their results from the official website, PSEB official website, using their roll number and name.

The Punjab board released the names and marks of the top-performing students along with the Class 10 results. Below is the list of the top 3:

  • Harleen Sharma: 646/650 marks (99.38%)
  • Manimahesh Sharma: 645/650 marks (99.23%)
  • Riya Rani: 645/650 marks (99.23%)

PSEB Class 10 result 2026: Performance

Here are the major statistics and performance details announced by the board for the 2026 matric examinations.

  • Total candidates appeared: 2,69,505
  • Total students passed: 2,54,744
  • Overall pass percentage: 94.52%

Girls outperform boys

According to the official data released by the board, girls recorded a higher pass percentage than boys in the Class 10 examinations this year.

  • Girls pass percentage: 95.96%
  • Boys pass percentage: 93.23%

Rural areas record better pass percentage

The board data also showed that students from rural areas performed better than those from urban regions.

  • Rural area pass percentage: 95.35%
  • Urban area pass percentage: 92.98%

Top districts by pass percentage

Amritsar recorded the highest pass percentage among districts in the PSEB Class 10 examinations this year.

  • Amritsar: 98.41%
  • Ferozepur: 98.39%
  • Pathankot: 97.99%
  • Tarn Taran: 97.95%
  • Gurdaspur: 97.84%

Students can now access their marksheets online through the PSEB portal.
