IB SA MT final result 2026: The Intelligence Bureau (IB) under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has released the final result for the Security Assistant/Motor Transport (SA/MT) exam 2025 today, May 4, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the recruitment process can now check the list of shortlisted candidates on the official website at mha.gov.in. The final result has been prepared based on candidates’ performance in both Tier-I and Tier-II stages. The Tier-I exam, which was a Computer Based Test, was held on October 30, 2025. Candidates who qualified were called for the Tier-II stage, which included a motor mechanism and driving test along with an interview conducted between March 9 and March 19, 2026. The result has been released in the form of a PDF file that contains roll numbers of selected candidates. The list is arranged region-wise and roll number-wise to make it easier for candidates to find their details. It is important to note that the list is not prepared in order of merit. Candidates whose roll numbers are marked with “(P)” have been provisionally selected. This means they need to submit the required documents or information that was pending during the verification process.
