Hrithik Roshan’s sister, Sunaina Roshan, has opened up about the health scare that prompted her to change her lifestyle and focus on fitness. Sunaina shared that her transformation did not begin with the aim of looking different, but with the need to live better. She recalled lying in a hospital bed with jaundice and feeling scared about what her body had gone through. Her post also highlighted the mental discipline behind her weight loss journey.Sunaina Roshan’s weight loss journeyAccording to IANS, Sunaina shared a before-and-after transformation collage on social media, giving followers a look at her physical and emotional progress. The collage showed an older picture from the start of her journey and a recent photo in which she appeared fitter and healthier.Sunaina wrote, “I didn’t start this journey to look good, but to start leading a healthy life.”She then recalled the moment that changed her mindset. “The real shift started when I was lying in a hospital bed with jaundice, terrified. Terrified of what I had done to my body. Terrified that I might not be there for the people I love most. That fear became my fuel.”Sunaina Roshan’s health transformationSunaina said the process was slow and far from easy. She wrote, “So I began. Slowly. Imperfectly. One day at a time. There were days I wanted to quit. Days my body ached, my energy crashed and the scale refused to move.”She added that staying consistent helped her understand that the biggest challenge was not only physical. “But I kept showing up because I realized something important: the hardest battle is never physical, it’s mental.”Sunaina also explained that her real change began in her mind before it showed in her body. She wrote, “The real transformation happened in my mind long before it showed up in my body. Because the body will always follow where the mind leads.”She added, “The weight loss? That was just the visible part.”Sunaina said she was truly working toward “Strength. Stamina. Discipline. Eating Healthy Home Cooked Meals. A better life.” She also encouraged others to be patient, consistent, and disciplined on their own health journeys.
