Now, as per the latest reports, Michael Jackson forgave his father for everything that happened behind the scenes when he and his siblings were children, only a little while before his demise.

Randy Taraborrelli, who was a known friend of Jackson and even wrote the 1991 biography ‘Michael Jackson—The Magic, the Madness, the Whole Story’, alleged that the father and son duo had made amends only hourse beforeJackson passed away in 2009.He stated during the interview that “It’s really easy to paint Joseph Jackson as a villain because he gives you so much to work with. [But] as flawed as he was as a father, and Michael felt very strongly that he did many of the wrong things, [it was] for all the right reasons. As he got older Joseph was a very, very different person. Michael told me, ‘I totally, totally forgive him.’”Over the years, there have been many allegations about how Joe Jackson was abusive and forced his children into the musical group, allegations the family themselves have refuted time and time again.

During the interview, he cited that one main reason the ‘Billy Jean’ singer wanted to forgive and make amends with his father was because he had become a parent himself. Michael has three children: Paris, his only daughter, and two sons, Prince and Bigi. He further added, “It was when he had his own kids, and he realized that there was nothing that he wouldn’t do for his kids. There were no obstacles that he would not overcome if it meant protecting his children. And once he realized that about himself, that’s when he really came to understand his father.”Joe Jackson passed away in 2018 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. The Jackson family has come under the limelight again with the release of the pop singer’s biopic, ‘Michael’. His nephew Jaafar Jackson stars as him in the film.‘Michael’ is now playing in theatres worldwide.
