Kannur’s coastal location ensures cleaner air supported by sea breezes and greenery. The presence of an international airport and rising tourism has boosted real estate prospects. It offers a mix of residential, vacation, and retirement property opportunities.

These seven cities are an examples of a new trend that is emerging in India when it comes to the real estate market.
