The first phase, from age 0 to 7, is often described as the play stage. In this period, the focus is on warmth, bonding, attention and emotional safety. The child is learning almost constantly, but not through lectures or rules. They are learning by watching, copying and absorbing the emotional atmosphere around them.
At this age, children are not just picking up words. They are learning what love looks like, how conflict sounds, how patience feels and whether the world is safe. That is why the rule emphasizes nurturing, loving and playing. In many ways, play is the child’s first language. It helps build connection, imagination and confidence.
This stage is less about correction and more about laying the foundation. A child who feels secure is more likely to explore, speak up and trust the adults around them. That emotional base can matter for years to come.
