Before anyone looks at tax slabs or headlines, it helps to understand the mood of this Budget day.
Planetarily, it’s heavy. Too many planets packed into Capricorn to ignore. Earth dominates the sky. Fire is barely present. Air is limited. Water exists, but under control. This isn’t an expressive alignment. It’s a functional one.
A Capricorn stellium brings seriousness, discipline, and long-term thinking. Saturn holds the steering wheel. Mars is exalted, so action is expected, but within strict boundaries. Jupiter is retrograde, which tells you growth is being re-examined, not blindly expanded. Rahu and Ketu sit across Aquarius and Leo, shifting focus away from personalities and toward systems.
In short, this is not a Budget meant to make people feel happy.
It’s meant to make things hold.
And under skies like this, what people secretly want from the Budget says more than what they openly demand.
