Walk with the people, would you, collector saab?

Telangana CM, Revanth Reddy, has urged district collectors to spend, at least, ten days every month, on field visits. If collectors actually “dirtied their hands”, CM held, welfare impact could well exceed that of hundreds of crores spent on development schemes.Because, seeing is believing.
