The subject of weddings came up during a conversation with professional golfer Rory McIlroy, who reflected on the surreal experience of hosting the Masters Champions Dinner and compared it to the feeling of a wedding day.“Travis, you’ll feel this year whenever you’re sitting at your wedding, and you have all the people in a room from like — it’s amazing to have all these people in the same room from your childhood. It’s surreal. It’s unbelievable. The only thing that I can compare it to is your wedding day because it’s like all this collection of people in the same room. It’s wild,” McIlroy said, speaking from his own experience of marrying his wife Erica Stoll back in 2017.In response, Kelce did not hold back his excitement, saying, “I can’t wait.” While brief, it marked one of the rare occasions the couple’s wedding plans have been acknowledged publicly by either party, and was enough to send fans into a frenzy.

According to Us Weekly, the couple has invited around 150 guests and is hoping for a somewhat traditional affair, complete with all the classic touches, including father-daughter and mother-son dances.Fellow celebrities Selena Gomez and Gigi Hadid are reportedly part of Swift’s bridal party, and her dress design is said to have been inspired by Elizabeth Taylor.Swift herself has spoken about how her perspective on weddings changed after meeting Kelce. “You would think that I had been the type of person who would have obsessed over the idea of a wedding my whole life, but I actually never thought about what I would ever do or what I would want until I met the person,” she revealed on Heart Radio last October.With July 3 fast approaching, it seems the wait for one of the most anticipated weddings in recent memory is almost over.
