Sreeleela on how she pursues MBBS alongside films; Says, 'You need willpower and patience'
Sreeleela shows that passion and discipline can help achieve multiple goals. Her honest views on balancing two demanding fields offer practical insights. As she progresses in both medicine and cinema many young fans look up to her example.

South film star Sreeleela continues to manage a busy film career while studying medicine. The young actress is pursuing her MBBS degree even with back-to-back projects. In a recent interview, she spoke candidly about the challenges and joys of this balance.

Sreeleela’s daily routine and dedication

Sreeleela handles long shooting hours followed by study sessions. She gives equal focus to both acting and academics. This routine demands strong commitment along with focus. Despite tight schedules she stays motivated and grounded. When asked about managing her busy life Sreeleela told Bollywood Bubble, “You need willpower and patience. You also need to be able to switch your mind on and off between things. There were days when I felt like I was going crazy, but I still enjoyed doing both. I love being a doctor, I really like the subject, and I mostly spend my time studying it.”She admits some days felt overwhelming. Yet she enjoyed the process overall. Her love for medicine keeps her going strong. The subject itself brings her satisfaction and purpose.

Sreeleela’s reflections on fame and growth

Recently in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar India Sreeleela described her rise differently. She shared, “It felt a lot less like a rise and more like a series of steps that are small, quiet ones that suddenly became visible. It is a journey where you are constantly learning, unlearning, and relearning. And what I try to do is to be centred through this process because the key is always to hold a sense of normalcy, and remind myself why I started in the first place.”Meanwhile, Sreeleela was last seen in the Pawan Kalyan starrer ‘Ustad Bhagath Singh’. The film received mixed reviews from audiences and critics as majority of them criticized the poor narrative and even performances.
