Congratulations are in order for Sienna Miller, who has welcomed her second child with partner Oli Green.The actress shared the happy news during an interview with E! News while promoting her upcoming film ‘Jack Ryan: Ghost War’. Speaking about life as a new mother again, Miller revealed, “It’s happened. I have a tiny baby next door.
