Chandrasekhar played a major role in shaping Vijay’s disciplined lifestyle during his early cinema days. “Usually, he goes for shooting only from 9 AM to 6 PM or sometimes from 7 AM to 6 PM,” she said. According to her, Vijay always preferred maintaining a fixed schedule rather than working for very long hours without rest. In the same interview, Shoba also spoke about Vijay’s working style during film shoots. “Only if it is very important hewill go for night shooting,” she said.
