In the video, Shakti Kapoor said, “Hello everyone, the news of my death is completely fake. I am healthy and happy. Please ignore it. I am going to complain about it. But this is not good. That’s not good.”The actor spoke directly to viewers and urged them to act with care online. He said false information spreads quickly and creates panic. The post also claimed that despite his long film career, no one remembered him. Murad later filed a complaint at the Andheri Police Station. Speaking to ANI at the time, he addressed the false post and its impact.
