Royal Enfield ranked among top 3 global auto brands, says report: Details

Royal Enfield has secured a spot among the world’s top automobile brands, according to the latest report by Brand Finance. In its Automotive Industry 2026 report, the Chennai-based motorcycle maker has been ranked as the third strongest automobile brand globally, marking a significant milestone for the Indian company.The report highlights a strong performance by Royal Enfield on key brand metrics. It achieved a Brand Strength Index (BSI) score of 88.9 out of 100 and was awarded an AAA rating. The company also recorded a sharp 30 percent increase in brand value, which now stands at USD 1.2 billion. This growth reflects the brand’s rising global appeal and consistent performance across markets.Royal Enfield continues to be one of the oldest motorcycle brands in continuous production. Today, the brand has expanded its footprint to more than 80 countries, supported by over 3,200 retail outlets worldwide and seven CKD assembly facilities across international markets.Royal Enfield’s presence spans key global regions, with strong visibility in cities such as Melbourne, Munich, Bangkok, and across parts of South America. The company has also focused on building a strong community culture through rider events and experiences, helping it create a deeper emotional connect with customers.

The brand’s current portfolio includes 14 internal combustion engine motorcycles across multiple segments such as heritage, cruiser, roadster, adventure and pure sport. Alongside its traditional line-up, Royal Enfield has also taken its first step into electric mobility with its new sub-brand, Flying Flea. The company recently launched the Flying Flea C6 in India.Apart from brand value growth, Royal Enfield has also received recognition in quality and dealer satisfaction studies. It was ranked highest in overall two-wheeler initial quality in the J.D. Power 2025 study and secured the top spot in the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) Dealer Satisfaction Survey.
