Ratan Tata is a name that needs no introduction. He is the man behind Tata Group’s transformation into a global powerhouse thanks to his landmark acquisitions including Jaguar Land Rover and Corus. Tata also earned global admiration for his philanthropy, humility, and understated lifestyle. His sea-facing bungalow in Mumbai’s Colaba is among India’s most talked-about luxury residences. Popularly known as “The Cabins” or “Bakhtawar”, the bungalow is once again in the news following his death in 2024.
