At the 2026 Actors Awards, Wunmi Mosaku praised Michael B. Jordan as a ‘gentleman’ and revealed a thoughtful Mother’s Day gesture he had made. Though Mosaku didn’t win, Jordan captured Best Actor for Sinners, a film that also earned Best Ensemble, and he spoke of joy in celebrating fellow actors.

At the 2026 Actors Awards, Michael B. Jordan’s ‘Sinners’ co-star Wunmi Mosaku was all praises for him! The 39-year-old actress also revealed a sweet and generous gesture Jordan offered to her on Mother’s Day. While Wunmi Mosaku did not win the Actor Award for Supporting Actress (Amy Madigan took the award), Michael B. Jordan won in the Best Actor in a Leading Role category.

In a conversation with E! at the Actors Awards, Mosaku praised Michael B. Jordan saying, “He is exactly what you want him to be.” The actress added, “He smells good. He talks good. Meanwhile, before his win was announced, Jordan said, “Tonight it’s just fun to celebrate my other costars and other actors that did tremendous performances this year, and just have a good time.”Michael B. Jordan, who walked the red carpet with his mother, Donna, won the Actor Award for Male Actor in a Leading Role for ‘Sinners’ against Timothée Chalamet for Marty Supreme, Leonardo DiCaprio for One Battle After Another, Ethan Hawke for Blue Moon, and Jesse Plemons for Bugonia. Meanwhile ‘Sinners’ also made it big at the Actors Awards 2026. The Ryan Coogler directed film won in the Best Ensemble category.
