The State Common Entrance Test Cell Maharashtra has released the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) 2026 PCM session 2 city intimation slip today, May 5, 2026. Candidates who will appear for the exam can download the slip from the official website — cetcell.mahacet.org.The city intimation slip helps candidates know their allotted exam cityin advance, so they can plan their travel accordingly.

What is city intimation slip

The slip is not the admit card. It only provides details about:

  • Candidate’s name and photograph
  • Application number
  • Allotted exam city
  • Exam date for PCM group
  • Important instructions

The MHT CET 2026 admit card for PCM session 2 will be released on May 8, 2026.Exam dates

  • PCM session 2 exam: May 12 to May 16, 2026
  • PCB exam: May 10 and 11, 2026

Exam pattern and marking scheme

The exam will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode and will include multiple-choice questions.

  • Total questions: 150
  • Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (50 questions each)
  • Mathematics: 100 marks (2 marks per question)
  • Physics and Chemistry: 50 marks each (1 mark per question)
  • Total marks: 200
  • Duration: 180 minutes
  • No negative marking

The questions will be based on Class 11 and Class 12 syllabus, with more weightage given to Class 12 topics.Candidates are advised to download their city intimation slip early and check all details carefully. They should also wait for the admit card, which is required to appear for the examination.
