The case is specifically revolving around the estranged couple’s competing protective order requests. Not only this, but her younger sister, Aspen May, has also filed an affidavit in court in support of the ‘Mormon Wives’ alum.

As per the report, Paul also filed an affidavit of her own ahead of the court hearing, which is set to take place. She submitted exhibitions and proofs of “Kicking Admission” and “Abusive Texts” as per the report. These proofs were submitted in direct response to Mortensen’s request for a protective order against him.Their first hearing in the case is currently scheduled to take place on Thursday, April 30, in a Utah court. As per the report, the estranged couple will both be present at the hearing, and this will also be the first time that the two will appear together in the same place since they announced that they are parting ways. The protective orders have been filed by both parents to decide the custody situation for their son, Ever.Over the past few months, both of them have been under investigation for domestic abuse, with allegations coming from both ends. Mortensen has submitted proof of scratches and other bodily harm that he alleges Paul caused him.
