Ken Harwood, who appeared on ‘Gogglebox’ with his wife Anne for around 5 seasons, has passed away. The reality TV star was 77 years old at the time of his passing last week.

The news was confirmed by the studio that developed the TV show. On May 15, during their latest episode, they paid their respects to the man and added a tribute card for him. Along with a popular photo of him and Anne, they wrote “In loving memory of Ken Harwood 1948 – 2026” and dedicated the episode to him.According to the studio’s confirmation, Harwood, who was from Consett, County Durham, passed away last week at the age of 77 after battling an illness.“He will be dearly missed by his wife Anne, sons Simon and Ross, daughter-in-law, Elle, grandchildren Freya and Tristram, and all who knew him,” read the statement shared after his demise. Harwood worked as a postmaster for three decades and later became a local councillor. He officially retired back in 2013.
