Picture this: a Bengaluru-born powerhouse blending Kerala roots with global ambition. Suraj Nambiar, now Dubai-based, kicked off his career with a Civil Engineering degree from R.V. College of Engineering as per reports. His early works included interning at Ashoka, leading at Invictus, and repping Sherwood Institute. He leveled up with elite programs—an Intensive Summer Program in Managerial Accounting and Microeconomics at the London School of Economics (2013), plus Stanford’s International Management course in Investment Science that same year.
By 2015, Dubai called. Suraj joined JLL as an Assistant Analyst, climbing to Director and Head of Capital Markets, UAE. In 2021, he launched Alpharock Ventures, where he’s CEO today.
In his family— dad Rajaram is a financial advisor, mom Renuka a professional singer, and brother Neeraj co-founded Voorpret. Suraj’s not just building empires; he’s got that grounded, multifaceted vibe.
