The palatial home seen in the film is actually a real property and is located in Amritsar and is named Ananda as reported by SCREEN. Spread across one acre, the mansion has a built-up area of 20,000 square feet. It was completed in 2024 and served as a major shooting location.

Several important sequences in Dhurandhar: The Revenge were filmed at this mansion. These include the lavish party hosted by Hamza, as well as intense moments between him and his wife Yelena, played by Sara Arjun. The property also features in their final scene together reportedly.
Blend of tradition and modern design
The mansion, named after Gautama Buddha’s disciple Ananda, combines traditional and modern design elements.A 25-foot Singhasana overlooks a central fire pit in the courtyard, creating a unique gathering space. The swimming pool is surrounded by banana and bamboo trees, adding a natural aesthetic.At the entrance, four Angkor-style Buddhist statues stand guard. Inside, the house features modern architecture with flat roofs, open floor plans, and minimal ornamentation. At the same time, it incorporates cultural elements such as mid-century furniture imported from China.
Interiors and layout details
The interiors of the mansion are equally grand and the ground floor includes a double-height living room, dining areas, and a guest bedroom with a backyard view.A service kitchen is also part of the layout and the primary bedrooms are located on the first floor which is accessible through a dramatic spiral staircase.However, details of these rooms have been kept private to maintain exclusivity.
