‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’, directed by Aditya Dhar and starring Ranveer Singh in the lead, officially released in cinemas on Thursday, March 19. The fan frenzy around the film, sent fans flocking to theatres in large numbers to catch a screening before the spoilers and other videos leaked online. However, screenings of the film in Montreal were reportedly disrupted after incidents of alleged sabotage at two cinema halls. While the exact circumstances surrounding the incidents remain unclear, an Instagram handle MONTRÉAL STORIES shared the clip with a caption that read, “A screening of Dhurandar at Cineplex Atwater took a wild turn when someone damaged the movie screen mid-show. From Bollywood action on screen to real-life drama in the theatre… only in Montreal.
