Eligibility criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Must have passed Intermediate (10+2) in the science stream from a recognised board
  • Must have a Diploma / Bachelor of Technology (BTech) / Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in a relevant field from a recognised institution
  • Minimum marks required:
    • 60% for General and Other Backward Classes (OBC)
    • 55% for Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST)

Age limit

  • Minimum age: 21 years
  • Maximum age:
    • 37 years for unreserved category (male)
    • 40 years for unreserved female / Backward Classes (BC) / Extremely Backward Classes (EBC)
    • 42 years for SC/ST candidates

Application fee

Applicants should be aware of the application fee.

  • Rs 600 for General, BC, EWS, and candidates from other states
  • Rs 150 for SC/ST candidates of Bihar and all female candidates

Selection process

The selection process will include:

  • Computer-based online test
  • Evaluation of work experience or higher qualification
  • Document verification
  • Medical test

The written exam will carry 75% weightage, while work experience and higher education will carry 25% weightage.
