Bad Bunny says ICE out in Grammy acceptance speech

While accepting his Grammy award for his album, Bad Bunny took the chance to raise his voice against injustice. In his speech, he stated, “Before I say thanks to God, I’m going to say ICE out. We’re not savage, we’re not animals, we’re not aliens. We are humans, and we are Americans. Hate gets more powerful with more hate. The only thing that is more powerful than hate is love. So please, we need to be different. If we fight, we have to do it with love. We don’t hate them. We love our people. We love our family, and that’s the way to do it: With love.”The speech has gone viral on social media platforms and was met with a rather loud round of applause and a standing ovation from the audience members. The speech comes after protests had broken out across the US following recent crackdowns on immigarnts and shooting cases related to the organization.
