A few days ago, in early January, Tainaly Y. Serrano Rivera filed the $16 million lawsuit in a court in San Juan, Puerto Rico.As per reports, in the lawsuit, Tainaly Y. Serrano Rivera claims that some of the phrases she had recorded and sent to Bad Bunny’s producer, Roberto J. Rosado, in 2018 casually over WhatsApp were used in the Grammy winner’s track Solo de Mí from the album X 100pre and in EoO from his popular and recent album, Debí Tirar Más Fotos. The woman, Tainaly Y. Serrano Rivera, has alleged that she did not sign any contract with Roberto J.
