In an interview with ETimes, Aditya Uppal was asked if his perception about Ranveer Singh changed after working with him. He answered, “I had a perception of Ranveer Singh as an actor who is full of energy, and that’s true.”Uppal added that on the sets of ‘Dhurandhar’, “he was a completely different person.” He went on to say that Ranveer was “focused and dedicated.”In his words, “And I think when you look at a person like him, you really learn a lot of things. He makes you feel so important. He treats you so well that he never lets you feel that he is “the man” or something else. So, I think that makes the atmosphere very good. Looking at his dedication, his scenes, his look, his work, his method, his process of acting, I think he has really devoted 2–2.5 years of his life only for this character, to make Hamza possible.“
