BMW cars to get new logo from this date: Here’s how it looks

German Automaker BMW has silently rolled out a refreshed version of its logo, and starting next month, the updated badge will appear across the brand’s entire line-up. The new design was first seen last September on the iX3, and from this month, i.e., February, BMW will begin using the revised logo across the rest of its model range. The logo update is a subtle one, with small tweaks to colours, finishes and textures rather than a complete redesign. The updated logo does away with the chrome crossbars that previously split the blue and white sections.

The remaining chrome elements now carry a darker, smoked tone, adding a more contemporary touch. The BMW lettering has been refined with thinner characters, and the black surround has moved away from a glossy finish to a softer satin or matte texture. BMW is also expected to update its M Performance logo, though the company has not yet shared any details. If the changes to the standard roundel are anything to go by, the update is likely to be a small and understated styling refresh rather than a major redesign.
