When will NEET UG result 2026 be released? Here's what we know so far

NEET UG answer key 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the results for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026. The answer keys were released on May 6 on the official NEET portal. The examination was conducted on May 3, 2026, across centres in India and abroad. Candidates can now access the question paper-wise answer keys through the NEET official website, neet.nta.nic.in. Alongside the keys, candidates will also be able to access their scanned OMR response sheets on the official website. Candidates have been advised to keep checking the NTA official website and the NEET portal regularly for updates related to OMR sheet uploads and the objection process.The provisional nature of the answer key means candidates will get an opportunity to challenge responses they believe are incorrect.According to the notification, the objection facility will become active after the scanned OMR sheets are uploaded online. Aspirants will be allowed to raise objections digitally through the official portal.The detailed schedule, fee structure and challenge guidelines are expected to be announced separately by the agency.

NEET 2026 result date: A look at previous year trends

The NEET 2026 result is likely to be released between June 13 and 15, 2026. The scorecards are expected to be released around 2 PM. Last year, the result was announced on June 14, 2026. It was earlier announced after 41 days of release of the result.

  • Go to the official NEET UG portal, neet.nta.nic.in.
  • Click on the “NEET UG 2026 Answer Key” link.
  • Open the PDF for your respective question paper set.
  • Download and save the answer key for future reference.
