Such parcels can include forgotten properties, administrative gaps in land records or infrastructure fragments like access roads.By systematically identifying these gaps, he has accumulated more than 110,000 square metres of land spread across different regions. Much of this land is not contiguous, but collectively it gives him legal control over scattered pieces of territory.Beyond the legal acquisitions, Lauwiner has framed his project as a symbolic monarchy. He has reportedly staged a ceremonial coronation and adopted royal imagery to promote his “kingdom”.However, Switzerland remains a federal republic, and his title carries no official recognition.
