NEET UG 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the portal for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates appearing in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 to submit details of their own scribe.According to the official notice released today, April 16, 2026, eligible candidates can now fill in their scribe details through the official website, which is neet.nta.nic.in. The facility will remain available till April 21, 2026, up to 11:50 PM.The NTA is conducting the NEET UG 2026 examination on May 3, 2026, in pen-and-paper mode.According to the same notice, the portal has been opened following directions of the Hon’ble Court and details mentioned in the online application form regarding sharing of scribe information after exam city intimation.

How to submit own scribe details for NEET UG 2026

Candidates opting for their own scribe can follow these steps:

  • Visit the official website at neet.nta.nic.in
  • Log in using application number and password
  • Click on the ‘Register Scribe Details’ option on the candidate homepage
  • Select the scribe option and enter the required details
  • Submit the information carefully
  • Once submitted, the details will appear in the View Application Form section and confirmation page
