External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has made it clear that the Indus Waters Treaty continues to remain in abeyance after the Pahalgam terror attack until Pakistan acts against cross-border terrorism. His comments come after Pakistan pleaded India to rethink its decision to put the treaty on hold.
