5K 30-39 Female Category: Stories Worth Running For | Times Internet Half Marathon

After being involved in fitness for nearly 10 years, she restarted her fitness journey after giving birth four years ago. She returned stronger, rebuilding her confidence and falling in love with fitness all over again.Now training consistently 2-3 times a week, Yashika balances fitness with her work as a businesswoman in the clothing industry and her passion for yoga. For her, running is not just about health but also about community, motivation, and pushing oneself to grow.At the Times Internet Half Marathon, Yashika embraced the spirit of the event and shared an inspiring message, especially for mothers: nothing should hold you back from putting yourself out there and prioritizing yourself.
