Megastar Chiranjeevi has shared an important health update after fans were left concerned on spotting him wearing an arm sling.Taking to Instagram, the actor posted a picture of himself with a black arm sling and clarified the reason behind it. He also thanked his doctor for ensuring a “smooth and comfortable” procedure and expressed heartfelt gratitude to fans for their love, concern and blessings. Soon after, the comments section was flooded with messages wishing the veteran star a speedy recovery.“Several well-wishers have enquired about my health after noticing the arm sling. It was just a minor shoulder keyhole surgery. I am recovering well and already getting back to my routine. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Nithin, one of the finest arthroscopy surgeons, for his care and expertise in making the procedure smooth and comfortable. Grateful for all your love, concern and blessings,” he wrote.
Joy in the Konidela family
The health update comes just days after Chiranjeevi shared a heartwarming family moment. The actor had recently announced the names of his son Ram Charan and daughter-in-law Upasana Kamineni’s twin babies.Sharing the first glimpse of the newborns on Instagram, a delighted Chiranjeevi was seen holding one of the twins in his arms. In his caption, he revealed their names as Shiva Ram Konidela and Anveera Devi Konidela.“With boundless joy and divine grace, we are delighted to announce the beautiful names of our two little blessings — ‘Shiva Ram Konidela’ & ‘Anveera Devi Konidela’,” a part of his post read.The pictures also featured Ram Charan and Upasana seated together, with their elder daughter Klin Kaara by their side, as the entire Konidela family gathered for the intimate naming ceremony.
Recent box office success
On the work front, Chiranjeevi was recently seen in Mana ShankaraVaraPrasad Garu, which emerged as a box office hit.Written and directed by Anil Ravipudi, the film features an ensemble cast including Nayanthara and Venkatesh Daggubati alongside Chiranjeevi.
