The latest episode starts with Kajal criticizing Vidya for staring at Armaan and Abhira. She jokes that she might give them the evil eye if she continues. The two discuss their deal, with Vidya warning her not to tell anyone about it.
Damyanti says that she trusts the Poddars because of Armaan and Abhira
Later, Damyanti says that she had trust issues and suspected that the family was hiding something. However, after seeing Armaan and Abhira, most of her worries are gone, and she is starting to trust the Poddars. Kaveri then calls everyone together for the puja, while they also set up the screen nearby. Krish pulls Meher aside and asks what she is planning; she tells him to wait for the drama with a smirk. Abhira and Armaan are invited to perform the puja, while Maira waits for Abhira, wondering why she is always late.After the puja ends, Abhira asks Tanya about Maira and leaves in a hurry, confusing Armaan. When Abhira reaches Maira, she asks for help tying a thread on her outfit; however, Maira comments that Abhira is only pretending to care. Maira comments about how Abhira left them alone for 8 years and that she does not need to keep up an act.
Maira reveals Armaan and Abhira’s secret
At the wedding ceremony, Maira drops a bomb on everyone and exposes Armaan and Abhira’s truth. She tells everyone that the two of them are divorced, and that Abhira left the family 8 years ago. She adds that the only reason that they are back together is to ensure the wedding happens without issues. Disha’s family is shocked by this revelation and looks at the Poddar family with disdain. Maira continues to lash out at Abhira, telling her not to try to re-enter their lives. Armaan, however, intervenes and tells Maira to be more respectful and says that relations cannot be broken so easily. Maira also brings up the custody papers. While Abhira almost tells everyone that she was not the one who sent them, Meher interrupts and tells her to leave. As Abhira leaves, Armaan goes after her, leaving everyone in shock. Damyanti also announces that they are leaving and breaking off the marriage. She tells the Poddars that they betrayed their trust and that their daughter cannot marry into such a disrespectful family.The promo for the next episode shows Vidya blaming everything on Abhira. She calls her out for inviting Maira and ruining the wedding plans. She continues to scream at Abhira in front of everyone as the latter starts to cry. Armaan intervenes and shouts at his mother to stop blaming Abhira, and tells everyone that he needs time to think about what to do next.
