He is now preparing to entertain fans with his upcoming film ‘Vrushakarma.’ While Chaitanya continues to sign films in Telugu, many people on social media have been discussing why he has not acted in another Hindi film after his debut in ‘Laal Singh Chaddha.’ The movie, which starred Aamir Khan in the lead role, did not perform well at the box office. Because of this, some rumours suggested that Naga Chaitanya was avoiding Bollywood after the film’s result.

Naga Chaitanya operates busy with Telugu films

Responding to these rumours, Naga Chaitanya made it clear that the box office result of ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is not the reason behind his absence from Hindi films. As per Hindustan Times, he explained that his busy schedule in Telugu cinema is the main reason. “There is no special reason for not doing Hindi films. I have just been busy with back-to-back projects in Telugu, so I couldn’t allocate time for Hindi movies,” he said. The actor also clarified that the rumours circulating online are not true. “The stories that say I stopped doing Hindi films because of one movie’s result are completely wrong,” he added.

Chay keeps himself open to Bollywood films

Naga Chaitanya also said he is open to acting in Hindi films again if the right opportunity comes his way. “If a good script and an interesting opportunity come in the future, I will definitely do another Hindi film,” he stated. Speaking about his experience working on ‘Laal Singh Chaddha,’ he said it was a memorable journey. “I really enjoyed the shooting of that film. I learned many new things from the people there, and Aamir Khan’s team treated me with great respect,” he shared. He also pointed out that success and failure are normal in the film industry, and actors learn to handle both.
