Brady kept his message simple but meaningful. He said, “We certainly have a long way to go. It’s always, I think process over outcomes, and I think we’re all trying.”He added, “And all of us in our own role that we have and the role that we have, and whether it’s an ownership role or a personnel department or strength conditioning and athletic training, and obviously players and positions and offense defense, everyone’s got to come together, and everyone has to work incredibly hard for the people next to them.”His comments came after a failed deal that could have changed the team’s future. The Raiders had agreed to send Crosby to Baltimore for two first-round picks, including the No. 14 pick this year and another in 2027. But the deal was called off after the Ravens reviewed his medical reports.Interestingly, Brady did not answer follow-up questions about the trade. Reporters tried to bring it back up, but the topic quickly shifted. This left many questions unanswered about what really happened behind the scenes.Brady also spoke briefly about his role with the team. He mentioned learning from Robert Kraft and now working alongside Mark Davis.
