In February, love flows like a bubbly river that sings and dances its way to be one with the infinite ocean. It keeps moving despite the rocks, fallen trees and the steeps to meet its ultimate destiny. It loses itself to be unfathomable. Every drop of it echoes the vastness of the great waters. Such is the love for oneself—the more (inward) you travel, the more cosmic you become!

I see countless hearts everywhere—balloons, messages, bouquets, cakes and what not! Love in this month feels magical, just like the Cinderella fairytale.
After all the torments from her stepmother and stepsisters, her saviour comes looking for her. She is finally loved by the prince.
Her story ends, but the story continues for us—we also yearn for a dreamy LOVE in a dreamy world that seldom exists.
If I were to rewrite my Cinderella story—neither would I long for any magical spell to cover up my vulnerabilities, nor would I wait for any prince to arrive in his chariot to make me feel loved. Pages Torn.
The lover in my story is ‘Cinderella herself!’
Read on….
Once upon a time there was girl called Cinderella.
She was harmless and calm like a lamb. Her rainbow smile reflected vibrant colours onto everyone around her.
Yet, in anger she roared like a lioness at her tormentors (the stepmother and stepsisters kind of people).
Braving the harshest storms alone, she walked fearlessly, never letting those ogres swallow her sanity away.
She was aware of who she was. Her light was kindness, gratitude and compassion.
Her shadows were anger, fear and emotional wounds.
No pride and no shame—she accepted it all and cultivated a balance.
‘She saw herself not through the eyes of this world, but through the all-embracing eyes of God. It was a realm of her own, where she was immersed in the ocean of love—by loving herself, she loved the infinite above.
Her journey was within, so how would a borrowed chariot from any prince lead her to her ultimate self?
Forever in joy—this Cinderella was enough for herself !
