Amidst ongoing domestic violence investigations, reality star Taylor Frankie Paul was seen vacationing with her two elder children, Indy and Ocean. The trip follows recent domestic violence allegations from both Paul and her ex, Dakota Mortensen, which have led to legal proceedings and a custody battle for their son, Ever. Paul had previously pleaded guilty to aggravated assault.

According to recent photos, the reality TV star was seen spending time away with her two kids.

On her social media account recently, the TV star posted a series of photos showing her and her children spending time with family members. In the photo, Paul and her two eldest children, Indy, 8, and Ocean, 5, were seen sitting on a couch alongside other relatives, smiling at the camera. Indy and Ocean come from her first marriage to Tate Paul.She also shared further updates, including the family’s off-road vehicle tours in Moab, Utah. Her mother, who has also been named by her ex, Dakota Mortensen, in the ongoing investigation, was also seen in the post. She reshared her daughter’s post on her socials as well, captioning it, “Family time is my favorite time.”

After Mortensen and Paul separated, allegations of domestic violence arose in recent reports, which were later confirmed by the estranged couple. The vacation announcement comes a few weeks after the issue started, which has resulted in Taylor being removed from ‘The Bachelorette.’(Source) In 2023, domestic violence charges were filed against her, and at the time, she had pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated assault. Over the past few months, new allegations have been made, and two cases are currently active against her. In one of the investigations, it has been cited that allegations and claims of domestic violence have been made from both sides. Mortensen filed a new claim with the Utah police department near the end of February.As of right now, Paul and Mortensen are also involved in a custody battle for their only son, Ever.
