Sara Arjun, who is riding high on the success of her films ‘Dhurandhar’ and ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’, visited the Shree Mahakaleshwar Temple on Saturday, on the occasion of her mother’s birthday. Dressed in a saree, the actress was seen performing the early morning Bhasma Aarti with her family by her side. During a media interaction after the puja ceremony, the actor described the occasion as special, noting that was an auspicious and positive day for her as it also marked her mother’s birthday. When asked about her experience at the temple, she shared her deeply emotional experience, saying, “I have no words. I had the calling, and then I came here. There is no better feeling than this in this world. I am overjoyed…”When asked what she prayed for, she shrugged and said, “I didn’t specifically ask for anything, I just prayed for health, wealth and success. It was a great feeling, and I am completely speechless. I just came out from there and my heart is full.”Sara’s appearance follows the phenomenal box office success of ‘Dhurandhar’, in which she played the role of the female lead opposite Ranveer Singh. While the first film crossed the Rs 1,300 crore mark, ‘Dhurandhar 2’ crossed the Rs 1,600 crore mark and is currently on its way to break the long standing records set by ‘Baahubali 2’ and ‘Pushpa 2’. When asked about her next film following the back-to-back success of her movies, Sara indicated that she left her future projects in God’s hands. As per the latest buzz, Sara has been cast as Madhubala in an upcoming film. According to the report, the team is paying close attention to the actor’s preparation to authentically portray the legend’s timeless grace and charm.
