The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has activated the scorecards for the RSMSSB 4th Grade recruitment examination. Candidates can access their scorecards by navigating to the official recruitment website. Candidates who appeared for the written examination can view their marks.The scorecards are announced after the declaration of the RSMSSB 4th Grade Result 2025-26, which was declared on January 16, 2026. The written examination was held from September 19th to 21st, 2025, in two shifts a day in almost 1,300 examination centers across 38 districts of Rajasthan.Large-Scale Recruitment Drive Launched in Rajasthan The recruitment drive is aimed at filling 53,479 Grade 4 or Class IV jobs across various state government departments. Some of the posts to be recruited are Peon, Office Attendant, Sweeper, Mali/Gardener, Laboratory Attendant, Data Entry Operator, and Record Keeper.In total, there were 24.71 lakh candidates who had registered for the examination, and out of that, 21.17 lakh candidates attended, thereby achieving an attendance rate of 85.86 percent. The examination took place in two shifts: one from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and another from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.Details available on the scorecardThe scorecard of RSMSSB 4th Grade shows information such as the relevant details of the candidate’s performance. The scorecard includes the name of the candidate, roll number, registration number, category, marks, qualified or not, and category-wise cut-off marks. Instructions regarding the next stage of the selection process are also given in the scorecard. The marking scheme dictates that each correct answer is awarded one mark, and one-third of a mark is deducted for every incorrect answer. No marks are deducted if the questions are left unanswered.Merit list and document verification processAlong with the scorecards, the RSMSSB has published the 4th Grade Merit List PDF. The list displays roll numbers of candidates shortlisted for document verification, arranged category-wise. Shortlisted candidates must appear for document verification with original certificates, including Class 10 qualification, proof of age, Rajasthan domicile, and caste certificate, where applicable. Final candidature remains subject to verification of eligibility and documents.Merit List and Document Verification ProcessAlong with the scorecards, the RSMSSB has also made the 4th Grade merit list PDF available. The list of selected candidates is available category-wise in the list, which is the roll numbers of candidates shortlisted for the document verification process. The candidates shortlisted for the exam must report for the document verification with original documents such as Class 10th qualification, age proof, Rajasthan domicile, and castecertificate, wherever applicable.
