As per several real estate reports, Rohit Sharma’s South Mumbai private residence in Worli is estimated to be worth around ₹30 crore. This valuation fits with Worli’s premium property rates ranging between ₹60,000 to ₹1,00,000 per sq ft. However, the valuation today would be more as the house was bought in around 2017.
