The result for the Rajasthan State Certificate in Information Technology (RSCIT) examination held in December 2025 has been announced. Passing marks for RSCIT exam
To pass the RSCIT exam, candidates must score at least 40 per cent overall. The written theory exam carries 70 marks, out of which a minimum of 28 marks is required. The practical exam carries 30 marks, and candidates must score at least 12 marks to qualify.

After clearing the exam, the candidates are eligible to receive the RSCIT certificate.
