Awareness is the end of the fear you have in your heart. He emphasized on awareness, when you become aware you start observing it because when you observe the fear then it starts losing its authority on you. You eventually become courageous, and life become to flow freely without resistance and choices are made according to you not with the compulsion. This is the point where life truly begins.
